Summer Fun ~ Theme Thursday

Well, helllloooo! Looky here – summer is nearly over already! Can that really be true? Is next week really August already? Yikes…double YIKES!

Stacy’s challenge for Theme Thursday is to post some Summer Fun. Our summer has been one long batch of fun and we are in fact (probably as you read this) at the beach again today. But I did catch some fun photos of Addie this week as she was playing in the pool/sprinkler, and watering my plants – our everyday Summer Fun around here.

A little water for you...

...A bucket on the head for me!

Well where do you wear your bucket?

  1. Aw, the infamous bucket hat. We have one in pink. And her little curls coming out the bottom, so cute. And, ouch, it really is almost Aug? Time has flown which I guess is always a good thing.

  2. Yep, her curls are too precious. That last shot is priceless. Who knew buckets could be so much fun?

  3. To cute! Her smile really does light up a room, even from 1000 miles away. Buckets have been big fun around here lately, too…and then going around exlaiming, “bucket-head, bucket-head!”

  4. What fun shots of her! She is just too adorable with those ringlets. I think summer near a beach would be so much fun…even without the occassional rainstorm. Last summer was like that for us. I think we went about two months with no rain. It was brutal for the yards and gardens.

  5. Ha! Love those sparkly little eyes peeking out from under those curls, peeking out from under the bucket. Too cute!

  6. So cute! Seriously, where is this Summer going?? We’ll be at the beach on Saturday. It’s a good day for the beach.

    Warmly
    R

  7. That last shot of her with the bucket on her head? THAT could stop traffic with such a terrific smile – wow!
