What do you mean… ~ Wordless Wednesday

…Nena went home?
…Daddy has to actually go to work?
…We are back to boring old Mom all day again?
…I can’t have Christmas candy for breakfast?

Well, that just doesn’t make any of us happy.

(Mommy predicts tantrums of epic proportions in the forecast for the remainder of the week while we try to get back into the routine. I am guessing at least an 85% chance.)

  1. Ooohhh, poor addie and poor emma and oh how I feel for poor mamma! Good Luck, Care. BTW I got that same dress for Haylee.

  2. This is a terrible thing to say, but I was actually GLAD we left the grandparents house Sunday and that Daddy went back to work today. M was becoming a ROYAL brat. I’m just sad that I have to go back to work tomorrow….

I hope that the epic porportion tantrums are minimal for all of you.

  3. Well, she is still a cute little princess when she throws her tantrums.

I think our kids were actually fairly glad to be rid of us today. However, Kai does not like daycare as they do not have cartoons. It’s a bit vexing to him. They both didn’t want to get up in this morning, so maybe they will actually want to go to bed before 9:30 tonight. Of course, the power going out last night at bedtime didn’t help. 😉

  4. OH, that SWEET face!

All was supposed to go back to normal at our house today, but we had a snow day…so I was the only one who had to go back!

  5. Aww, poor baby! That’s just about the saddest face ever! It’s hard to go back to “normal” after two weeks of nonstop festivities.

  6. Well……if it is any consolation, Nena is just as unhappy as Addie!! Coming home to about a foot of snow after the wonderful weather over the holidays would put anyone in a fowl mood. Give the girls kisses and hugs for me.

  7. OH my that is so sad it breaks my heart – lol – what a darling.

I feel ya – we have a few thing changing this week and then next week it’s back to school – I will be glad but the next 6 weeks for us will be rough – my parents are going out of town and my poor kidddies are gonna miss them soooooooooo much!

  8. Love it! The best thing about being away for the holidays is that when we get home, it’s a little easier to get back into routine, as opposed to the routine being disrupted here at home.
