My neighbor has a peony bush. He always tells us to cut some for ourselves.
They really are a happy flower.
peonies are my absolute favorites:) I have my great, great grandparents’ bushes:) I look forward to them blooming every year. 3 yrs ago, I missed them because we were in England. I swore we’d never go out of town again late May/early June ever again…. This year they bloomed really early – and I’ll be darned if I didn’t have a sinus infection so I couldn’t smell them. Looking forward to next year!
Beautiful!! Ours bloomed early and lasted exactly 3 days because of the goofy weather! Glad you are enjoying yours.
