Crafty Tuesday

Yeah, we have a little baby craft deja vu going on this week. My friend needed some baby gifts for new baby twins and so I made more baby bundles bundle for the new little boy and girl.

Burp cloths with initials and little appliques…

And a taggie blanket for each of them…

I like these little “packages” for new babies. We might have to put some of these up in the shop.

I made a little giftcard bag for Nana’s birthday, too…

And I made a bunch of Jen’s coffee cozys for Christmas presents and added some chalkboard fabric to them. We ended up making them as teacher and staff appreciation gifts at the girls’ school before the holidays. I opened my big mouth thinking that we had 16 teachers or so and volunteered to make some, only later to find out that we have 44 teachers and staff!

And after all of those cozys that have left my house, I have one poorly focused photo of one that I put together (again for my mom) last week. One photo. But I have become kinda good at making these, even if I don’t photograph them like I should.

That’s what I’ve got this week – how about you?

  1. I love the chalkboard coffee cozies. Such a cute idea. Baby gifts are so fun to make too. I know the recipients really appreciate the handmade gifts too. I don’t have anything crafty this week just my bathroom reveal.

  2. Those are very cute, and so like you to volunteer to do so many LOL! Love the baby sets, too. Adorable!

Oh, and an FYI about listing taggie blankies. They are actually copyrighted, if you can believe that. The company that has the copyright goes after sellers on etsy and ebay for selling their “original” design. Just be wary.
