Stacy asked for some summer reminders today.
This isn’t completely “summer-y,” since when we visited the beach yesterday it was only low 60s, and the water was frigid! (Yeah, Addie found out first hand, as she fell headfirst into a wave!) – But it is sunny, there are blue skies, and proof that summer is a-comin’!
This picture cracks me up. The thin-blooded California girl is in her long pants and long-sleeved shirt, and the Chicago girl (right?) is in shorts and a t-shirt. When it’s 60 degrees, I’m breaking out the shorts, too!
Well, just about any of us would take running on the beach even in 60 degree weather. Look at those happy faces.

I think 60s counts as summer for anyone but us Californians and Texans! LOL
What a fun shot!!! I can’t wait to get to the beach again . . . . last time we were in Monterey it was raining and the beach wasn’t sounding very fun.
