We are in serious need of a Friday Love around here. Especially since we haven&#8217;t done <a href=\"http:\/\/barelycontrolledchaos.com\/wordpress\/?p=3123\" target=\"_blank\">one<\/a> in a very long time, and quite frankly, I really, truly need some reminders about the good stuff right about now. It has been yet another frustrating week. We just cannot seem to find our groove, and I&#8217;m getting a little anxious&#8230;I mean we are 20 days into 2012 already! And between taking the Brownie troop on a Field Trip to the art museum this afternoon and putting on the Pancake Breakfast for the children&#8217;s choir on Sunday &#8211; we have a blissfully low-key weekend on tap.<\/li>\n<li>Today is Day #1 of Girl Scout Cookie selling in our area. Well&#8230;I love the <em><strong>cookies<\/strong><\/em> at least. The cookie season is just a necessary evil in order to <em><strong>GET<\/strong><\/em> the cookies.<\/li>\n<li>Posts like this <a href=\"http:\/\/momastery.com\/blog\/2012\/01\/18\/for-adam\/\" target=\"_blank\">one<\/a>. I intend on reading this to both of the girls at some point this weekend. Kind people are brave people.<\/li>\n<li>My dear friend Vic is traveling to Houston to the best cancer hospital in the US to hopefully be a part of one of their clinical trials. (Well, I don&#8217;t <em><strong>love<\/strong><\/em> that she has to do this&#8230;but I do<em><strong> love<\/strong><\/em> her spirit and the fact that she the fight in her to tackle this, again.)<\/li>\n<li>It is Friday, and you know what that means&#8230;I love that this week is almost over!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ooof.
