My friend Christina<\/a> did this little meme with her cutie last week and I was very curious as to what kind of answers I would get from my two hooligans. So here is what my girls think of me…<\/p>\n

(I interviewed Addie earlier today before Em got home, but I did Em while Addie was running around, intermittently yelling out what she had answered and I think she might have influenced a few of Em’s answers, like the first one especially.)<\/em><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>What is something I always say to you?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Ad: Please don’t chase the cats.
\nEm: Be nice to the cats.<\/p>\n

2. What makes me happy?<\/strong>
\nAd: Not chasing the cats
\nEm: Cleaning up<\/p>\n

(Although I do love a clean house, the actual “cleaning up”\u00a0 –\u00a0 does not make me happy by any means.)<\/em><\/p>\n

3. What makes me sad?<\/strong>
\nAd: Crying
\nEm: When you went on vacation and daddy, Addie and I had to stay home<\/p>\n

(Riiiiiggght. So very sad. I cried the whole weekend.)<\/em><\/p>\n

4. How do I make you laugh?<\/strong>
\nAd: With tickles
\nEm: Make funny faces at us<\/p>\n

5. What do you think I was like as a child?<\/strong>
\nAd: You were in a crib
\nEm: Just like me?<\/p>\n

(I dunno? Nana? Papa? Was I “just like Emma” when I was little?)<\/em><\/p>\n

6. How old am I?<\/strong>
\nAd: Um. Bigger than us.
\nEm: 36<\/p>\n

7. How tall am I?<\/strong>
\nAd: Taller than Smokey and Tiger
\nEm: 8 feet?<\/p>\n

(Addie might be a little closer on this one!)<\/em><\/p>\n

8. What is my favorite thing to do?<\/strong>
\nAd: Play Bingo with a zingo
\nEm: Have carrot cake with us<\/p>\n

(While I do love Addie’s favorite game and carrot cake, they might have missed the mark on this one.)<\/em><\/p>\n

9. What do I do when you’re not around?<\/strong>
\nAd: Go to work
\nEm: Go to Starbucks<\/p>\n

(Both very true. Sometimes I do both at the same time!)<\/em><\/p>\n

10. If I become famous, what will it be for?<\/strong>
\nAd: Having Addie
\nEm: Us (pointing at her and Addie)<\/p>\n

(Apparently I am going to have very famous children?)<\/em><\/p>\n

11. What am I really good at?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Ad: Work
\nEm: Taking care of us<\/p>\n

(Ooh, point for Emma!)<\/em><\/p>\n

12. What am I not really good at?<\/strong>
\nAd: Gymnastics
\nEm: Whistling<\/p>\n

(Both VERY true.)<\/em><\/p>\n

13. What is my job?<\/strong>
\nAd: Work on your computer
\nEm: To work on the computer<\/p>\n

14. What is my favorite food?<\/strong>
\nAd: olives
\nEm: carrots<\/p>\n

(While I like both olives and carrots – I would not ever say either is my favorite food! Right now, I’d say my fave food is avocados\/guacamole.)<\/em><\/p>\n

15. What makes you proud of me?<\/strong>
\nAd: When you help me
\nEm: Taking good care of us<\/p>\n

(Oh, yeah. That makes it all very much worth it.)<\/em><\/p>\n

16. If I were a cartoon character, who would I be?
\n<\/strong> Ad: a mom one, named Carrie
\nEm: Junie B. Jones<\/p>\n

17. What do you and I do together?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Ad: Play
\nEm: Go out on Mommy dates and to the movies<\/p>\n

18. How are we the same?<\/strong>
\nAd: I don’t know
\nEm: Our hair<\/p>\n

(Addie kinda lost interest at this point…)<\/em><\/p>\n

\nAd: I don’t know
\nEm: our clothes<\/p>\n

20. How do you know that I love you?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Ad: You tell me & then you kiss me a lot
\nEm: Because you are always with me<\/p>\n

21. Where is my favorite place to go?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Ad: Disney
\nEm: Old Navy<\/p>\n

22. What is one thing you wish you could change about your mom?<\/strong>
\nAd: Being a big kid
\nEm: To be nicer sometimes, when you get mad<\/p>\n

23. What would your mom do with a million dollars?<\/strong>
\nAd: I don’t know
\nEm: Go shopping<\/p>\n

24. What do you wish you could go and do with your mom?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Ad: Play
\nEm: Have a girly date at Islands<\/p>\n

The girls may get their wishes since it looks like in April the projects are going to be pretty much non-existent. So much less work, and much more time for play. Although it will also mean less money (so I cannot spend as much time shopping!) – I think it is a very worthwhile tradeoff! Now I’m going to go work on “being nicer” when I get mad…<\/p>\n
