{"id":1157,"date":"2008-11-02T21:41:45","date_gmt":"2008-11-03T05:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/barelycontrolledchaos.wordpress.com\/?p=2138"},"modified":"2008-11-02T21:41:45","modified_gmt":"2008-11-03T05:41:45","slug":"the-waiting-game-best-shot-monday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/barelycontrolledchaos.com\/wordpress\/?p=1157","title":{"rendered":"The Waiting Game ~ Best Shot Monday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seems like we are doing a lot of <strong>waiting<\/strong> lately.<\/p>\n<p>The girls are always<strong> waiting<\/strong> for me to take them to the park &#8211; <em>just let me throw in one more load of laundry or start the dishwasher.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I am always <strong>waiting<\/strong> for J. to get home and help takeover on &#8220;girly duty&#8221; &#8211; <em>please, just get them through the baths and into bed?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And all of us are always <strong>waiting<\/strong> for the weekend &#8211; <em>isn&#8217;t that when all the fun things happen?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>So it is pretty fitting that my Best Shot Monday this week is Ad <strong>waiting<\/strong> around to give out a treat. (Or a trick, maybe?)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a title=\"waiting for a trick-or-treat by Voris, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/voris\/2998629378\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3064\/2998629378_b996aed008.jpg\" alt=\"waiting for a trick-or-treat\" width=\"490\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I know some of you are <strong>waiting<\/strong> for real Halloween photos and the unveiling of the costumes(!), but while I try to get my stuff together over here, why don&#8217;t you go visit <a href=\"http:\/\/maypapers.blogspot.com\/2008\/11\/purrrrrfect-bsm.html\" target=\"_blank\">Tracey<\/a>.\u00a0 I&#8217;m sure there is a Halloween photo or two over there, and no <strong>waiting <\/strong>required.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seems like we are doing a lot of waiting lately.
